Okay boys and girls time to get intense. The Hornets have been, in a word, awful in recent times. Sure they’ve had some wins but you couple that with the way they’ve lost and you have yourself some inconsistent play. Today at 12 Eastern, the Hornets face what is a young athletic team in the Philadelphia 76ers. New Orleans has struggled against athletic teams in the past you like to run up and down the court, so they’ll have to show the opposite of that today.
Before we get into the matchups we need to realize that this team has shown some fight, albeit only in the first half. The spirit is there, they just have to put it together for 48 minutes. Hopefully, and I pray (even though I’m not religious) that Chris Paul has a dominant game. He needs one where he drops 30 points, gets 12 assists and gets a number of steals. He needs it.
Anyway here’s the breakdown:
Hornets-76ers
Chris Paul>Jrue Holiday
Marco Belinelli=Jordie Meeks
Trevor Ariza<Andre Iguodala
David West>Elton Brand
Emeka Okafor=Spencer Hawes
Hornets Bench=76ers Bench
Enjoy the game and Geuax Hornets!
