Hornets-Heat: A Game Preview, Oh No Here We Go

Discussing Chris Paul's options once the Heat dismantle the Hornets...

So spirits amongst Hornets fans aren’t the highest. With the season starting off like a party in Bourbon Street it has dwindled into a party in hell. All things are going by the way side so tonight’s game is going to be exactly what we expect. As fans we have a hard time coming to grips with results in large part because we have absolutely no factor in the outcome. It either is or isn’t. We can talk about why something might be going right or wrong, but for the most part we can’t change or effect it, that’s what gets to us.

Today’s game will in all likelihood be a firm reminder of who this team is. We can guess with the utmost certainty that the Hornets will lose, and lose badly. The Heat are seeking revenge after we narrowly escaped with a victory earlier in the season. Lebron James and Dwayne Wade are playing out of their mind so expect them to try and run the break, get easy points and dunk on D.J. Mbenga like it’s poster-time in SLAM Magazine.

Hornets-Heat Matchups:

Chris Paul>Carlos Arroyo

Marco Belinelli<Dwayne Wade

Trevor Ariza<Lebron James

David West<Chris Bosh

Emeka Okafor= Zydrunas Ilgauskas

Pre-game message: This could get ugly, again.

Topics: Miami Heat, New Orleans Hornets
