According to the Times-Picayune , the New Orleans Hornets have officially acquired center Robin Lopez & forward Hakim Warrick from the Phoenix Suns.
The Minnesota Timberwolves are also involved as they will be sending guard Wesley Johnson & a first round draft pick to Phoenix. In return Minnesota will receive Jerome Dyson, the contract of Brad Miller, and two 2nd round draft picks from the Hornets. This trade also will free up cap space for T-Wolves which will allow them to pursue other free agents, such as Andrei Kirilenko.
The NBA has not officially announced the deal yet, so do not be surprised if there are any last minute changes, but the deal is almost certain:
“The person told The Associated Press about the trade on condition of anonymity Wednesday because it has not been announced pending the completion of some routine logistical matters.”

The Hornets finally added depth to play behind and alongside Anthony Davis. This was a great move by Dell Demps, very much needed.
