San Antonio Spurs star shooting guard Manu Ginobili will not travel to New Orleans to face the Hornets for the regular season opener.

Ginobili is dealing with back spasms that caused him to missed the Spurs final preseason game.
Ginobili only played in 1 out of 4 games against the Hornets last season and scored 14 points in 21 minutes. The Hornets lost that game 128-103
