Anthony Davis Has A Mild Concussion. Will Not Travel To Chicago.

Anthony Davis was diagnosed with a mild concussion after being hit in the head in Friday nights game against the Jazz. Austin River accidentally knocked him in the head on a Paul Milsap drive.

Davis will not travel with the team to take on the Chicago Bulls Saturday night. Davis will stay in New Orleans and undergo further test to see how long he needs to be out for.

Davis is originally from Chicago and went to Perspectives Charter High School. I’m sure Davis had a lot of family and friends who planed on attending the game saturday to see Davis in action. Now, it looks like if they hope to see Davis play at the United Center they will have to wait until next season.

Ryan Anderson will start in the place of Davis.
