New Orleans Hornets vs. Philadelphia 76ers Game Preview : Game Time & TV Schedule

The Philadelphia 76ers will travel to New Orleans to take on the Hornets today, Wednesday November 7th. These two teams will face each other twice this season, this game being the first.

The Hornets will be very shorthanded in this matchup as Eric Gordon is still out with a persisting knee injury, Anthony Davis is still out with a mild concussion, and most recently Austin Rivers will sit out this game due to a sprained finger that he suffered in practice on Tuesday.

The 76ers have a lot of new players and have been struggling so far in the season. Without big man Andrew Bynum Jrue Holliday has been the teams marque player as he is averaging just over 18 points per game.

This game will be one of the few time the Hornets get a chance to play on ESPN. Even though the Hornets are without their 3 most anticipated players to watch it still will be an exciting game. The Hornets were without Davis and Gordon in their previous matchup against the Chicago Bulls and were able to pull out the win. This time they will also be without Rivers, though Rivers has not been the most productive player around.

The Hornets, 2-1, will be looking to get their 3rd win in a row against a 76ers team who is off to slow start sitting with a 1-2.
