New Orleans Hornets guard Eric Gordon is still is the rehab process after a major setback with his knee injury that kept him out all but 9 games last season. It has been arranged for Gordon to move to Los Angeles to continue the rehab process.
Eric Gordon and the New Orleans Hornets have arranged for a more personalized and intensive rehab regimen that will take place in Los Angeles beginning this week and allow him to work with specialists and provide a more focused attention on rehabbing his injured right knee.
Gordon began his career playing for the Los Angeles Clippers from 2008 -2011. Gordon has played less and less games every year since playing in 78 games his rookie season. His sophomore year, 2009-2010 Gordon appeared in 62 games. Then in 2010-2011 the number of games Gordon played in lowered to 56. Last season, 2011-2012 the number of games Gordon played in fell of drastically due a season long knee injury, as I said earlier he missed ll but 9 games. After missing pretty much all of the 2011-2012 season Gordon was expected to be at full health for this season but so far he is off to a bad start, health wise. Only time will tell how long Gordon will be out and how many game he will actually play this season.
Gordon’s timetable status is still the same, expected to be out for 4-6 weeks.
