New Orleans Hornets Fall To 3-4 After Loss Against Oklahoma City Thunder

The Oklahoma City Thunder came into New Orleans and blew past the Hornets on Friday night. The Thunder got it going early and were leading at half-time 66-37. The Hornets got it together in the 2nd half and out scored the Thunder 58-44. The Hornets 2nd half efforts were not enough to overcome the huge first half deficit as the Thunder pulled out the 110-95 victory.

No Hornets players stood out in the box scores in this game, 8 players scored more 7 points or more but less that 13. Ryan Anderson

scored 15 points off the bench and grabbed 7 rebounds. Austin Rivers continues to slowly improve, he finished with 9 points on 4-8 shooting. After coming out the games hot in the first 3 games Anthony Davis has slowed down about, finishing with less than 10 points in 2 consecutive games. Davis scored 8 points and grabbed 11 rebounds against the Thunder on Friday.

The Thunder were lead by Kevin Durant and Kevin Martin who both finished with 27 points. Combined they were 10-16 from behind the 3-point line.
