With NBA Training Camp just days away, the New Orleans Pelicans will have their fair share of quality matchups in the 2019-20 campaign.

New Orleans Pelicans fans most likely hit peak euphoria state when they miraculously landed the number one overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft in Zion Williamson. That then tapered off with the additions of multiple first-rounders in Jaxson Hayes and Nickeil Alexander-Walker, along with free agent signing J.J. Redick and trade acquisition Derrick Favors.

The summer has since worn down many of us and that same euphoric state has already bled to its bottom and will begin to bounce on an upward trend once again as the 2019-20 NBA campaign quickly approaches. While fans should be exuberant for the upcoming season with so many key offseason pieces landing in the Big Easy, there are some key “box office” games you will want to be keyed in on as well with tons of juicy storylines and backdrops to accompany them.

The Pelicans will play thirty (!!), yes thirty nationally televised games this season including ten on NBA TV. This is by far the most the franchise has ever had and being one of the smallest market teams currently in the Association, New Orleans has an opportunity to capture a global audience with the national exposure they will be receiving this year.
