]]> If the Hornets never had a better opportunity to beat the division leaders San Antonio Spurs, this is it. This will be the 4th and final match up between these two teams of this regular season and the Spurs currently hold a 2-1 series lead. The Hornets will look to even the series out and take advantage of the Spurs being without likely all-star Tim Duncan and starting forward Kawhi Leonard.

Anthony Davis was listed as questionable for tonight’s game against the Spurs but it seems that he will be ready to play. The return of Eric Gordon has led the Hornets to win 7 of their last 9 games after starting out 7-25.

The Spurs are currently 18-2 at home and will definitely give the Hornets another tough game. This one should go down to the wire like the previous three.
