What would be a successful follow-up season be for Gordon?
Rick: To replicate it. Sure, I understand his numbers were astronomical this year and to expect the exact same is a lot. But this is a guy who wants to be a starter in the NBA.

He has to find a niche, and that could be scoring the ball. If he can get on a consistent level of success from behind the arc, somewhere around the range he shot this season, that would be considered a huge bonus.
Joe: Match it or shoot at a number slightly under. For years Gordon has been the overpaid guard who gave us very little to nothing while on the floor. This year he provided great three-point shooting and it really helped our playoff push. We will need it again next year, as it allows more space for AD and more driving lanes for Jrue and Tyreke.
Matt: Shoot around 38 percent from three. Expecting Gordon, who has never shot 40 percent or better before this season, to replicate that would be unfair to him. I think if he is able to shoot around 38 percent from three next year and add a bit more off the bounce for the Pelicans it would be a huge boost for New Orleans.
