Austin (@apete1993): Rasual Butler

Rasual Butler is a surprising and outside of the box choice for this All Time New Orleans squad.

Butler’s best seasons of his career came as a Hornet, averaging more than 10 points per game off the bench for those teams in the late 2000’s. Butler was always a consistent floor spacer, averaging over 37% from downtown during his stay in NOLA. During the 08-09 season, Butler averaged 10.6 points per game in the playoffs while shooting a scorching 52.6% from deep. There may not be much else to Rasual Butler’s game, but the dude can shoot the lights out.

Butler added to the deadly shooting on that team, joining the likes of Morris “Mo” Peterson and Peja Stojakovic on the wing to give New Orleans shooters around Chris Paul.
