Austin (@apete1993): Morris Peterson

Peterson was the fifth starter alongside Chris Paul, David West, Peja Stojakovic, and Tyson Chandler while he was in New Orleans, making him one of the players that was a part of the most successful teams in franchise history.

The most points he ever averaged per game was eight, but when you’re playing with All-Stars like Paul and West as well as big numbers guys like Peja and Tyson, there are just limited shots to go around.

Mo was most known for his sharpshooting from deep, shooting 39.4%, 38.8%, and 36.3% from three in his three seasons with the franchise. The smooth lefty continued his shooting prowess in the playoffs, shooting a fiery 47.1% from three in 07-08, the year the Hornets reached the second round of the playoffs. He was the perfect role player to have on a team, which is why he is holding down one of the final spots on my team.
