New Orleans Pelicans Christmas: Gifts for various Pelicans

Since the New Orleans Pelicans are playing on Christmas day, the staff here at Pelican Debrief felt the best way to preview the game would be “give gifts” to members of the team.

The New Orleans Pelicans are one of the ten teams playing on Christmas in 2015, which is a fairly big honor considering that it is arguably the most important regular season date on the NBA calendar. What that means though is that the Pelicans are away from their homes and families on the holiday and it pushes back the gifts that each player would otherwise receive on Christmas morning.

With that in mind Nathan and I decided it would be a bit of a fun exercise to look around the Pelicans roster and try to find gifts to give certain players. The rules were simple. Anything was allowed, from basketball related things to anything else. Gifts could be fun or serious or something in between and it did not matter the impact that they had on the Pelicans winning or losing games.
