Norris Cole: Humility
My wife signed up for the Cards Against Humanity Christmas promotion. This year, since nearly all of the staff is Jewish, they did sensible Hanukkah gifts accompanied with advice from a Jewish father. One of the letters centered around humility, and it is a lesson worth learning for Norris Cole. Cole is currently attempting 40% of his field goals when he is either guarded “tightly” or “very tightly.”
Despite his atrocious shooting line (he is well under 40%), Norris Cole fancies himself a dynamic scoring threat. Sensible advice for Norris Cole: your career will be much more successful if you admit what you are and what you are not. Norris Cole needs the humility to know his role and stick to it if he wants to have staying power in this league.
Matt: A jumper
Norris Cole certainly is not afraid to shoot the basketball. Of course, this is a bit of a problem considering that he cannot actually make shots. If he could Norris could be a sixth man of the year contender. So this Christmas I will give him a jumper. Not like a Stephen Curry jumper, but like Avery Bradley or something. That seems fair.
