Released by the Pels back in 2014, Miller bounced about a bit and found some playing time whilst in Germany.

As a result, he did not have a rating on 2k17. I think Miller will be part of the bench rotation and will not be featured on a nightly basis.

He is a below average guard who is not expected to make a big impact next season. His rating has a chance to rise but I would not expect it to be very high. I think his rating will reflect where his position is within the NBA and the organization.

E’Twaun Moore – 2k17 -74

Projected 2k18 – 74 (Confirmed)

Moore had a career high in minutes and points with the Pels last season. Unfortunately, his three-point percentage took a hit.

I must admit I struggle to see where Moore will fit into the rotation, with other guards, Holiday, Rondo, Crawford and Clark, who I would expect to be in front of him. However, we know the history of injuries for the Pels, I would expect him to still get some decent playing time.

I do not think Moore has done enough to improve his rating, but he also should not be downgraded.
