Comparing New Orleans Pelicans Players To New Orleans Saints

Rajon Rondo : Adrian Peterson  Willie Snead

With both Rondo and Snead missing the start of the season we’ve seen similar situations where they were missed. For Rondo, the Pelicans signing of Jameer Nelson is a clear indication of his absence. For Snead, Drew Brees has had his moments of where he’s looked uncomfortable, seeming to miss his “security blanket” in Snead. For both players, neither is defined by their ability to be spectacular.

Both players are incredibly intelligent, and always know where to be on a floor. They also are great at making plays to help regain composure. It’s unclear, how both teams will play once both are back to being important parts of the offense, but their talents definitely have a fit.
