The New Orleans Pelicans have finished their regular season. And so, much like in school, it is time to hand out the team’s final report cards.

Report cards use the letter grading system. however, instead of marking on overall performance, I will be grading on performance based on preseason and first term expectation. Therefore (spoiler alert), Nikola Mirotic will have a lower grade than Ian Clark, as expectations are higher for Mirotic. B- will be the grade of expectation, meaning that if a player earns a B-, he is playing to his expectation, no better or worse.

The statistics are from March 4 to April 11, as that is when the Pelicans played the fourth quarter of their total games.

Once again, to qualify for report cards, a player must have played over 200 minutes this term for the New Orleans Pelicans, while still being on the roster.

All statistics come from NBA.com and Basketball-Reference.com.
