E’Twaun Moore: B+

LOS ANGELES, CA – APRIL 9: E’Twaun Moore
LOS ANGELES, CA – APRIL 9: E’Twaun Moore /

It’s official: E’Twaun Moore is a legitimate sniper. He has ended the season on a 43.5% high note, including an incredible 52.4% from the corners. On the floor, the Pelicans have performed eight points per 100 possession better, largely due to his three-point shooting, but also due to his mid-range shooting, which has also been fantastic this term, shooting 51.7%.

Defensively, he is actually leading the team in defensive rating differential at -10.9. Though this does not mean he has been a good defender, as opponents still have shot 3.3% better against him than average, he has made progress, turning himself from a clear exploitable defender to someone who deserves some respect.
