#10. Minnesota Timberwolves: Brandon Clarke, F

School: Gonzaga | Class: Junior | Height: 6’8″ | Weight: 215 | Age: 22

The Minnesota Timberwolves will essentially be in a position to simply select the best available player with their likely 10th pick in the NBA Draft. They’ll have needs pretty much everywhere except starting center going into next season, so they might as well pick whoever they have at the top of their board when they’re on the clock.

Brandon Clarke was the best player on a very good Gonzaga team this season. He shot a stupendous 69% from the field while putting up about 17 points and 8 rebounds per game in his junior season in college.

He’s already 22, so to a degree, what you see is what you get with Clarke. He’ll still surely develop into a more refined player in the NBA, but his progression will be less dramatic than some of the 18 and 19 years olds that will come into the league at the same time. Still, the Wolves could find tons of use from a forward like Brandon Clarke.
