#15. Detroit Pistons: Nassir Little, F

School: North Carolina | Class: Freshman | Height: 6’6″ | Weight: 220 | Age: 19

If we assume that the Detroit Pistons want to keep rolling with their top 3 of Blake Griffin, Andre Drummond, and Reggie Jackson, we can also assume their they will probably need some help on the wing in the Motor City.

Nassir Little could fill this void for the Pistons nicely. Originally, this small forward from the University of North Carolina was assumed to be the team’s best NBA Draft prospect before Coby White started making some serious noise and elevated his game to an unexpected level. Still, there is a lot to like about Little.

Slotted anywhere in other mocks from as high as 10th to as low as 20th, we split the difference here and placed him at #15 with an organization that made some sense for him fit-wise.

What’s interesting about Little is that he was not even a starter for North Carolina despite the fact that he’ll more than likely get picked Round 1 in the 2019 NBA Draft.

The one thing that might scare the Pistons away from taking Nassir is his inability to knock down outside shots. He was very bad from three point range, and his overall field goal percentage is nothing to write home about for his size. He has potential, but Detroit might get one too many Stanley Johnson vibes from Little to actually select him.
