E’Twaun Moore has spent the past three seasons as a member of the Pelicans. He’s developed into quite the scorer on the hardwood since joining the team back in 2016. After spending time with the Boston Celtics, the Orlando Magic and the Chicago Bulls, Moore signed a multi-year deal with the Pelicans during the 2016 NBA offseason.
In his first season, Moore emerged as a primary reserve, averaging 9.6 points, 2.2 assists and 2.1 rebounds per game in 24.9 minutes of action. It was the first season he averaged at least 1.0 3-point attempts per contest, knocking down 1.1 per contest in 2016-17.
During the 2017-18 NBA season, he produced a career-high 12.5 points per game to go along with 2.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.0 steals per game through a career-high 82 appearances.
He poured in a career-high 36 points back on Dec. 11, 2017, against the Houston Rockets, though it came in a 130-123 loss. He made a career-high 15 field goals in the game while attempting 20 shots, also a career-best.
Moore drained a career-high 1.6 3-pointers per game, while shooting 42.5 percent from 3-point land. He sank a career-best 128 3-pointers, while showing off his development in the rotation.
This past season, Moore averaged 11.9 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game, while shooting a career-high 43.2 percent from 3-point range. He put up three more 30+ point performances to lift his career total to five now.
