The Summer League New Orleans Pelicans kept the good times rolling Wednesday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers, winning once again in convincing fashion, 99-78.

Despite the loss of Zion Williamson for the remainder of the Summer League, and not having Frank Jackson or Christian Wood in the lineup, the New Orleans Pelicans may be the hottest ticket in Las Vegas.

Since the debut of Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Jaxson Hayes, and Marcos Louzada Silva, the team has found a nice rhythm—winning their last two contests by a combined 58 points.

The team jumped out to an early lead just like their prior contest against the Chicago Bulls and never looked back. Entering the second half they possessed a 23-point lead, more than enough to maintain until the final buzzer.

Alexander-Walker had another strong outing leading all scorers with 26 points, while also accounting for 5 rebounds, and 6 assists on 10/20 shooting. Hayes recorded 13 points, 7 rebounds, and one monstrous block while Louzada finished with 12 points, 2 rebounds, and 3 assists.

Jalen Adams and Kavell Bigby-Williams also finished in double-digit scoring. Overall the Pelicans shot 41-77 from the field (52.3 percent) while also outrebounding the Cavaliers 44-28. With the victory, they improve to 3-1 in Summer League play while doing so in a very entertaining fashion.

Here are three takeaways from the game.
