Brandon Ingram: Vengeful

If an “average joe” employee had a work year like Brandon Ingram just had, they would be looking for a new job. Ingram was floated in trade rumors more often than not, even after the trade deadline. Every time he had a bad game, #NBATwitter had jokes about his value, or lack thereof, in trade talks.

Now he’ll be on a new team, with an organization that has embraced him with open arms. He’ll play in a system designed to maximize his skills, and under the mentorship of beloved and supportive veterans like J.J. Redick and Jrue Holiday. Every time Ingram steps on a court, he’s going to be looking to make a point. Be ready to watch him take his vengeance out on the league.

Frank Jackson: Confident

After a redshirt rookie season with the Pelicans last year, Frank Jackson has officially gotten his NBA legs over the last year. His one game in the 2019 NBA Summer League, he looked like the best player on the floor in a game that featured several guys who played big minutes on NBA rosters last season.

The backcourt is crowded in New Orleans, but expect a confident Frank Jackson to make his case for earning every minute he plays.
