Entering their second game of the preseason, the New Orleans Pelicans are giving fans a reason to tune in to tonight’s game in Chicago.

Even though they’ve changed their roster over to the tune of 12 new players on the 18-man training camp squad, the New Orleans Pelicans are becoming one of the hottest draws in New Orleans.

For the game against the Chicago Bulls, teams are preparing for a 7 p.m. CT tip-off from the United Center in Downtown Chicago, Illinois.

There are plenty of tickets available if any Pelicans fans in the Windy City want to make their way down to the arena. Additionally, it could be worth it for fans who might not have a ton of chances to see Zion Williamson in their hometown.

Tonight’s action won’t feature Josh Hart, who is out dealing with a sore left knee.

After sitting out for the entire second half and playing only 8 minutes, Derrick Favors is expected to play a healthy portion of tonight’s game. They’ll need him, as Chicago’s second-year center Wendell Carter Jr. is a tough check on both ends.

The team is coming off of a 133-109 victory against the Atlanta Hawks, where the offense looked fluid and the defense adjusted well to an attack that gave them issues in the first quarter.

Lauri Markkanen and Zach LaVine are the best offensive players on the team and could give Pelicans defenders a tough preseason match-up. How players like Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Jaxson Hayes defend off the bench will be interesting to watch for both fans and Alvin Gentry.

How to watch

The streaming service Fubo.tv offers fans packages that will allow them to follow the New Orleans Pelicans all season long, both in and out of the team’s media market.

After playing on a primetime stage against Atlanta, Tonight’s game will also be a national broadcast, this time featured on ESPN. The game will be available to fans who have the channel included in their programming package.

Where to listen

Fans in the New Orleans market will be able to tune to ESPN Radio 100.3 FM KRLZ, where they’ll be broadcasting New Orleans Pelicans games over the airwaves all season long.

Outside of the market? Fear not! Fans who want to listen to Pelicans games in other markets can sign up for a TuneIn premium account.
