Boston Celtics

Who they chose: Jaylen Brown

Re-draft choice: Pascal Siakam

Aside from one undrafted player who would now be a lottery pick, no player would make a bigger leap in the 2016 re-draft than Pascal Siakam.

Siakam was chosen 27th out of New Mexico State, and for his first two seasons with the Toronto Raptors, that seemed about right.

Then something happened in year three, Siakam blew up.

He raised his scoring average to 16.9 and his rebounding to 6.9, earning himself a Most Improved Player award in the process.

Siakam has an argument again this year, as he has made the leap to become one of the best wings in the game, scoring 23.6 a game and adding 7.5 rebounds.

Siakam is the main reason the Raptors are still contenders after losing Leonard and why they likely will be for years to come.

Boston is certainly not unhappy with Jaylen Brown and he has been a very good player for them, but if they had to do it again, Siakam would likely get the nod.
