#10: Goran Dragic and Kendrick Nunn, Miami Heat

The first backcourt on this list is an unlikely pair for many reasons.

Goran Dragic was drafted late in the second round by the Phoenix Suns and was never expected to be more than a backup.

Kendrick Nunn wasn’t drafted at all, even though he was one of the nation’s leading scorers and 3-point shooters in college.

Both had something to prove when they entered the league and both have proved the doubters wrong.

Dragic has quietly put together a stellar career and at age 33, still has plenty left in the tank.

Dragic is averaging 16.1 points and 5.1 assists and is still as crafty with the ball as ever.

Nunn is also having a great year for the Heat and is a big reason why they were the 4th seed in the Eastern Conference before the hiatus.

Nunn is averaging 15.6 points in his rookie season and will likely get a few votes for Rookie of the Year if the season is cancelled.

There are a lot of duos that could have made this list, but Dragic and Nunn’s combination of experience, youth, talent and success landed them in the top-ten.
