Scouting Report. Chicago Bulls. player. 24. Pick Analysis. Small Forward / Maccabi Tel Aviv (Israel). Deni Avdija. 8

The Bulls have a glut of guards already so will likely look to bolster their wings with this pick in the 2020 NBA Draft.

The Bulls are abysmal offensively, ranking 27th in the NBA, but play decent defense as the league’s 13th best defensive team.

This draft is light on wings, but Deni Avdija could end up being the best of them.

He is a savvy playmaker and at 6-foot-9, would give the Bulls another big wing to go along with Lauri Markkanen.

Avdija is already a plus-defender, so would fit in well with the Bulls’ philosophy on that end of the floor.

He doesn’t help the Bulls poor outside shooting much, but he gives them a versatile player to go with Zach LaVine and Coby White. T

his draft is not going to save the Bulls and it’s easy to see them trading down if they can find a partner.

With so little wing talent and depth in this draft, Avdija may end up jumping into the top five, but if he drops this far, the Bulls would be smart to draft for talent rather than positional need.
