New Orleans Pelicans: Mock Draft Pick #3

Small Forward. Chicago Bulls. 24. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. player. Deni Avdija. 3

The Bulls would be ecstatic to jump four spots to get the number three pick, as they have in our simulation.

The Bulls are abysmal offensively, ranking 27th in the NBA, but play decent defense as the league’s 13th best defensive team.

This draft is light on wings, but Deni Avdija could end up being the best of them.

He is a savvy playmaker and at 6-foot-9, would give the Bulls another big wing to go along with Lauri Markkanen.

Avdija is already a plus-defender, so would fit in well with the Bulls’ philosophy on that end of the floor.

He doesn’t help the Bulls poor outside shooting much, but he gives them a versatile player to go with Zach LaVine and Coby White.

This draft is not going to save the Bulls and it’s easy to see them trading down if they can find a partner.
