New Orleans Pelicans scrimmage: Brandon Ingram was locked in.

Brandon Ingram must have at least a Nerf hoop in his house because he didn’t look like a guy who hadn’t played in over four months.

Ingram ended the game with an efficient 12 points, going three for five from deep, including this one just before the end of the first half.

He was making it look easy, flashing some additional range and showing why he is the NBA’s most improved player.

If Zion Williamson has to miss any amount of time, the Pelicans will need Ingram to be the focal point of the offense, to take 20 or more shots a night.

He was well on his way in the scrimmage vs. the Nets, with seven attempts in just over 11 minutes of play.

It’s obviously just a scrimmage but B.I. looked ready to play. He was aggressive looking for his offense and didn’t hesitate when he got open looks from long-range.
