New Orleans Pelicans: Nuggets Scrimmage Schedule and Where to Watch

The New Orleans Pelicans will play the Denver Nuggets in scrimmage #2, here’s how to watch.

The New Orleans Pelicans looked sharp in their first scrimmage against the shorthanded Brooklyn Nets.

Brandon Ingram was in mid-season form, Lonzo Ball looked confident and the Pelicans’ bench did a nice job against a Nets team that was missing a lot of players.

The first scrimmage gave us a look at the format for the re-start, which will be played in arenas with no fans. The lack of audience wasn’t that noticeable except during dead balls, and the Nets did a good job of hiding the stands.

In scrimmage two the starters are likely to play more minutes, rotations will be a bit tighter and we’re unlikely to see some of the wonkier lineups that were used in the first game.

It will be interesting to see if Derrick Favors plays or if Alvin Gentry continues to rest the veteran in preparation for the eight game finale.

The Nuggets won their first scrimmage over the Wizards and unleashed Twitter sensation Bol Bol, who was the talk of the league for a few days.

It should be a fun game, but with slightly more intensity and focus than game one.
