The New Orleans Pelicans are likely to pick at the end of the lottery.

The New Orleans Pelicans will be taking out their good luck charms tonight as the franchise tries to buck the odds a second year in a row and land at the top of the draft.

The Pelicans only have a 1.2% chance of getting their second number one pick in a row, and just a 5.7% chance to jump into the top-four.

The odds aren’t much different than last year when the Pelicans won the lottery and eventually selected Zion Williamson.

There is no Zion in this draft,  in fact, there is no consensus number one or even a consensus about the best three players in this draft.

Because conference tournaments and March Madness were cancelled, teams didn’t get to see much of these guys in high-pressure situations.

There are always a few players that separate themselves from the pack in postseason play, but this year, the pack is coming in equal and no one knows what to expect.

This means the Pelicans might be as likely to get the best player in the draft at pick 13 as they are in the top-five.

If the Pelicans do stay in their current draft position, there will still be talent available when they pick at 13 and they might just get the guy they need anyway.

Here are three guys who should be available when the Pelicans pick and would make good additions to this young team looking to add impact talent.

Here are the top three options for the Pelicans at pick 13.
