Ranking the 2020 NBA Draft Class As It Stands Right Now

The 2020 NBA Draft is officially upon us with a scheduled date of October 16th.  This means that it’s an excellent time for us to unveil our first official big board where we will rank the top-50 prospects in the 2020 NBA Draft class.

If there ever was a class which so much uncertainty when it comes to these rankings, this would be the one. In what’s shaping up to be one of the weirdest drafts in NBA history, there’s much less tape on these prospects due to the COVID-19 cancellation of the NCAA tournament.

In fact, so much is still up in the air when it comes to what the pre-draft process will look like, and which prospects will be able to rise up draft boards.

In what was already considered to be a weak draft, beauty is in the eye of the beholder for much of these prospects. Where I have some of these prospects ranked might be different than other draft evaluators based on the traits I am choosing a value.

Keep in mind that a big-board doesn’t account for team needs so where these prospects’ ranks do not correlate to where they will be selected come draft night. If you’d like to get an insight on who teams might be looking to select view our latest mock draft here.

With that being said, here’s our official 2020 NBA Draft big board.
