Biggest Selling Point: Diverse Offensive Game

One of the most polished big men in the 2020 NBA Draft, Okongwu has a beautiful offensive game with a lot of tricks. He can score using a midrange shot, post-move, or pump fake with varying degrees of success. If he gets out in transition, he can rim-run at a high level. Ask him to make plays for others and he can set strong screens or facilitate a bit from the elbow. Selecting Okongwu means that a team will have plenty of ways to utilize his many talents.

Biggest Selling Point: Interior Defense and Rim Protection

We’ve made it! The number player in this class that’s NBA ready is James Wiseman. There’s just no denying that Wiseman is ready to step into the NBA from day one and be one of the league’s best interior defenders. Right now, his upside is all about his defense. It doesn’t matter that Wiseman only played three college games, the footage shows Wiseman is a natural interior defender. The modern NBA has moved away from big men and puts more emphasis on offense but defense still wins championships. That’s why James Wiseman is the most NBA ready player in the 2020 class.
