Biggest Selling Point: Defensive Impact

Finally, the top-10! Auburn’s Isaac Okoro enters this draft as the best defensive wing in the class. Defense wins championships, so it will also net Okoro minutes during his rookie season. Okoro’s defense is excellent. He can ball-handlers to force turnovers, switch off screens and guard bigger defenders while also guarding the post. Just like NBA stars Jimmy Butler and Kawhi Leonard, Okoro’s value begins as a defensive specialist as he grows his offensive game to match.

9. LAMELO BALL / GUARD /  ILLAWARRA HAWKS (NBL)

Biggest Selling Point: Playmaking

This will be the most controversial position in this edition to the 2020 NBA Draft Big Board. Many experts view LaMelo Ball as the top player in the class but that’s mostly on potential. LaMelo still has a lot of parts of his game to figure out. That includes his shot selection and defense. He still lands in the top 10 though because he’ll make plays. LaMelo is the best playmaker in the class and he’ll make great ones for whichever team selects him.
