#2: Become a playmaker

Zion Williamson is a unique athlete who can fly even though he weighs nearly 300lbs. He also has incredible handles and quickness for someone his size.

Zion can bull people over in the lane or blow by them and he knows how to finish once he does.

But teams are going to pack the lane and force Zion to give up the ball as much as possible, which is why he needs to become a better passer.

He did average 2.1 assists last season, mostly kicking it out from the post, but Zion needs to be a better playmaker, especially on the perimeter.

Zion will play some small forward this year in Godzilla lineups and he can beat a lot of wings using both his speed and strength.

He can also set up teammates when the double team comes, look for lob opportunities to the other bigs and look to keep the ball moving on the perimeter.

Ideally, Zion Williamson will be closer to five assists per game this season, which would put him among the better big man passers.

Zion has the skills to play all over the floor, handle the ball and make plays for his teammates, which he will have to do when the double teams come.
