New Orleans Pelicans: Is J.J. Redick getting back on track?

Some signs of life from the bench?

J.J. Redick and Josh Hart finally did some damage off the Pelicans’ bench, going 8-of-12 combined from long range.

It was especially nice to see Redick get some clean looks that finally dropped, as he was really struggling and his shooting is vital.

The rest of the bench is borderline unplayable at the minute, so the Pelicans need these types of offensive contributions from Redick and Hart, who may be the only rotation players they have off the bench right now.

Nicolo Melli, Jaxson Hayes and Nickeil Alexander-Walker have given the Pels virtually nothing this season, though NAW has shown some flashes as a scorer.

They have to continue to get contributions off the bench from Redick and Hart to have a chance against a deep Clippers’ team.

The New Orleans Pelicans can get momentum back on their side against the Clippers, but they need to defend the wing, stay focused and get something from the bench.
