De’Aaron Fox is a possibility for the New Orleans Pelicans

The Kings are going to be in all of the rumors at the deadline, as they have a star in De’Aaron Fox that they might want to move.

After pretty much saying he was off limits, the Kings are reportedly open to discussion on Fox, but the problem is what will they want?

The Pelicans have the picks, but it is hard to match up salaries for Fox without Ingram being involved and that is a non-starter.

However, the Pelicans do have salaries, young players and picks, so if they can get a third team involved, there is a shot at landing Fox if the Kings do end up trading him.

Fox is a native of New Orleans and would give the Pelicans a third star to go with BI and Zion. It would also push Devonte’ Graham (if he wasn’t part of the trade)  to the bench, bolstering that unit.

Fox is probably the most realistic “big name” player out there and he’s still a long shot, but there is one other name we’ll here floated that is even longer.
