Jaxson Hayes is coming on for the Pelicans

Hayes was one of the best players on the floor last night, notching 23 points and 12 rebounds and it wasn’t just all about the dunks.

He has now scored in double digits in three of his last four games, and has added another element to his game since the All-Star break.

Hayes is not only shooting more 3-point shots, but he is knocking them down at a 50 percent clip since the break.

Obviously, it’s not a high volume and he won’t shoot 50 percent for a whole season, but if he adds that element to his game, Jaxson Hayes is going to be a huge problem for defenses as a power forward.

By the way, Jaxson Hayes is still just 21-years-old.
