The New Orleans Pelicans will complete their six-game home stand tonight against the Golden State Warriors.

New Orleans is coming off a tough loss to the Boston Celtics in which they were missing Zion Williamson, and the Warriors have won two in a row after beating the Rockets last night behind a 41 point effort from Klay Thompson.

The Warriors have been underwhelming this season even though Stephen Curry is playing like an MVP and the Pels have been holding their own even though they have rarely had their full complement of players.

Golden State is on the second game of a road back-to-back, so this is a game the Pels should win before heading back on the road.

Here is the information you’ll need.

New Orleans Pelicans vs Golden State Warriors: Odds and Spread, Over/Under

Fanduel has New Orleans as six point favorites at home tonight against Golden State. The money lines are set at -230 for the Pels and +190 for the Warriors, which could move if we get further information about Zion Williamson’s health.

The over/under is 230.5 points, which seems about right considering these are two of the league’s best offenses. I like the over in this one even though the Warriors could have tired legs, as these two teams average 233.9 points combined.

Pelicans injury report: Zion Williamson injury update

The good news is that Zion Williamson has been upgraded to probable for tonight’s matchup with the Warriors. The bad news is that Trey Murphy III is listed as questionable with a foot injury. Both will be game time decisions, so check the injury report prior to the game.

The Warriors will just be missing Andre Iguodala, though we could see some “load management” rest tonight on the second game of a road back-to-back.

New Orleans Pelicans vs Golden State Warriors: Prediction

New Orleans played well without Zion but getting him back would obviously be a big boost. They are figuring out some things defensively and with their bench, so I like the Pelicans to win this one against the road-weary Warriors at home.

I think the Pels will wear them down with depth and get a big night from their bench in a high-scoring game.

New Orleans 122, Golden State 114
