One of the best matchups in the NBA on Wednesday is between the Philadelphia 76ers and the New Orleans Pelicans, and I have a pair of prop bets to consider in this game.

Philly is coming off a blowout win on Monday night, but the Pelicans can compete with this team if Zion Williamson, Brandon Ingram and others step up.

Ingram is among my players to target in the prop market.

Sixers vs. Pelicans best NBA prop bets

  • Brandon Ingram OVER 23.5 points
  • Herbert Jones OVER 3.5 rebounds

Brandon Ingram OVER 23.5 points

Brandon Ingram’s point prop has dropped a bit with C.J. McCollum (probable) on track to return tonight, but I still think he can have a big game.

Ingram has cleared 23.5 points in six of his last eight games, and the Pelicans may ease McCollum back into the rotation after he missed games with a collapsed lung. Ingram, who has been the primary creator for the Pels, should still have the ball in his hands a ton on Wednesday.

With Philly sporting one of the best offenses in the NBA, the Pelicans are going to need their best players (like Ingram) to step up tonight.

Herbert Jones OVER 3.5 rebounds

I’m surprised by this rebound number for defensive ace Herb Jones on Wednesday night.

Jones is averaging 4.1 rebounds per game this season, and he’s cleared 3.5 rebounds in seven of his eight games since returning from an injury.

The Sixers are one of the better rebounding teams in the NBA, but with Jona Valanciunas having to deal with Joel Embiid, the Pelicans are going to need help from their other pieces to compete on the glass tonight.
