4. San Antonio Spurs

I've yet to see Ingram as a rumored trade target for San Antonio, but it makes sense, right? The team is under pressure to construct a competitive roster around superstar Victor Wembanyama. The young Frenchman just wrapped up one of the most impactful rookie seasons the league has ever witnessed, and the time for San Antonio to build is now.

Either Ingram or McCollum would be a nice fit on the wing to space out the floor around Wembanyama's generational interior domination. Both current Pelicans could bring primary playmaking and scoring to a young Spurs squad that is in desperate need of a veteran leader.

Keldon Johnson and Tre Jones could be part of the return package to New Orleans, but like Philadelphia, San Antonio's trade power lies in their bevy of draft picks. Trades for Dejounte Murray and DeMar DeRozan have stocked up the Spurs future stash of draft selections, and many of those future picks are likely to be traded in the near future to bolster the roster around Wembanyama.

If New Orleans is in the market for more draft picks (still, unlikely), San Antonio launches up these rankings due to their future assets. For now, a pathway for a straight up trade between these two franchises is tough to flesh out.
