4. Phoenix Suns

This boils down to respect for the greatness of Kevin Durant and Devin Booker. The main difference between the Suns and Clippers it that we saw the Suns turn it on last year and push Denver to limits no other team was capable of.

Buckets are hard to come by come playoff time, and if the league continues this trend of under-officiating games leading to lower scores, the Suns have the firepower to take advantage of that. Durant and Booker are two of the best shotmakers in the NBA. Durant has a littany of accolades to match his array of moves on the court that still make him one of the most efficient players in the league.

Alongside him, Booker is the heir apparent to Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan in play style. The veteran guard has an endless bag from all over the court and is borderline unstoppable in clutch situations due to it.

The Pelicans have solid wing defenders, but Durant and Booker both have led teams on deep playoff runs against some of the best defenders in the history of the league. I respect greatness, and this ranking is based solely of the greatness of the Suns' two best scorers.
