Number 11: Alexis Ajinca
There isn’t any reason for Alexis Ajicna to even be remotely good at dodgeball. With is mammoth size and slow reactions to many things, Ajinca would be an easy target for any team to hit.

But that downplays the magic that is Alexis Ajinca. After all there was no reason for him to dominate against the Toronto Raptors last season and he did. There was no real reason for Ajinca to even make it back into the NBA after his first flameout and yet he worked at it and became good enough to earn not just a spot but a nice contract.
So for all we know there would be a random game or moment that Alexis Ajinca would turn into a superhuman dodgeball player, catching everything in site and flinging balls all over the court at unsuspecting foes like he did with jumphooks against the Raptors.
So don’t count me among the people sleeping at Ajinca’s dodgeball game. While he is ranked 10th based on much of the evidence we have about the importance of certain skills in dodgeball I am not super confident about it. On most days he could be number 11 but every once in a while he could turn into a legend.
Such is the life of Alexis Ajinca.
