The Wallaces are the second most attainable of teammates because of how specialized their skill sets were. Ben Wallace, while a defensive juggernaut, was not much of a threat offensively especially compared to Boogie and AD. Meanwhile, Rasheed was a jump shooting big who didn’t rebound exceedingly well.

Rasheed would be even better in today’s NBA, however, where he would be releasing from deep at an incredible rate. Even when shooting threes was not in vogue, he averaged 3.9 three-pointers per game from 2001 to 2010.

Only together for two and a half years, the Wallaces succeeded immediately, which is a major reason why they are one of the greatest frontcourts of all time.

When Rasheed Wallace moved to the Pistons, they won 17 of their first 22 games together and then rolled through the playoffs to beat the Lakers 4-1 in the NBA Finals. They then went to one more NBA Finals and another Eastern Conference Finals before splitting up.

AD and Boogie would love to follow a similar career path as this couple as they have the individual talent to do it and the year’s left in their career to match. The talent that surrounds them will be the biggest problem in catching this historic duo but it is not completely out of the question.
