The New Orleans Pelicans will need some help to make the playoffs and we predict they’ll get it. Here are predictions for all 22 teams at NBA Disney.

The New Orleans Pelicans no longer have to speculate about who they’ll play when the season re-starts in Orlando.

The schedules have been officially released, so the Pels know exactly what they’ll have to do to have a shot at the playoffs.

They not only have to overtake Portland by at least one game, but they’ll have to hold off Sacramento and San Antonio while staying within four games of Memphis.

Even if they can do all of that, they’ll need to then win two in a row against the Grizzlies to claim the 8th seed in the Western Conference.

Difficult, but not impossible.

The Pelicans theoretically have the easiest remaining schedule, but every team starts 0-0, so you can throw records out the window.

Even if the New Orleans Pelicans can win most of their games in Orlando, they will still need some help from the teams playing Memphis, Sacramento, San Antonio and Portland if they want to make the playoffs.

The problem is that some of the teams are already set in their playoff spots and don’t have a lot to play for. Teams like the Bucks, Lakers and Clippers might rest players down the stretch to prepare for the playoffs and have all but secured their spots.

The Pelicans can’t count on LeBron James or Kawhi Leonard playing in every game, so they will need additional help from teams like the Raptors, Celtics, Nuggets and Jazz, all of whom will affect the outcome for the Pels.

Here are predictions for all 22 teams that have been invited to Orlando, and if things go as planned, it could work out very well for the New Orleans Pelicans.
