The Los Angeles Clippers are going all-in this offseason and the New Orleans Pelicans’ Jrue Holiday is one of their targets

Wow, is anyone else still in shock that the Los Angeles Clippers blew a 3-1 series lead? I know I am. It was one thing for the New Orleans Pelicans to flounder since they’re a young team still finding their way, but I thought the Clippers were a lock for the Western Conference Finals.

Well, after a failure like that the Los Angeles Clippers are back in the market getting ready to go all-in on a championship team around their star duo of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. This news means they might give the New Orleans Pelicans a call for Jrue Holiday.

The reason why I have this theory is because of two top NBA insiders. The Athletic’s Shams Charania recently reported that the Clippers will be hunting for a playmaking guard to add to their roster. This report comes after ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the Los Angeles Clippers persued Jrue Holiday this past offseason.

With that information now out there, I think it’s safe to assume that Jrue Holiday will be a target for the Los Angeles Clippers. The biggest question is whether or not the Clippers have the firepower to give the New Orleans Pelicans a compelling deal?
