Let’s talk about that stunning preseason the New Orleans Pelicans just had. Some people thought that the Pelicans might show flashes during the preseason, but no one thought that they’d come out looking this dominant this early under new head coach Stan Van Gundy.

A lot of the attention for this dominant play has rightfully gone to the defense. Stan Van Gundy stated he would spend most of the starting days at training camp installing his defense, and that method seemed to work.
