The New Orleans Pelicans held on against the Milwaukee Bucks for a win they hope will turn things around.

The Pelicans have now won two-in-a-row after dropping five straight and have played their best basketball of the season in the process.

The Pels used a barrage of 3-pointers to get it done, but unlike other nights, they weren’t forcing them and were getting great looks.

The ball movement has been noticeably better the last few games, as has the play of Lonzo Ball, who may have played his best game as a Pelican.

This was a big win against one of the best teams in the league and it took huge nights from pretty much everyone to get it done.

Let’s check out the grades for the New Orleans Pelicans’ best win of the season.

If a bunch of trade rumors is what it takes to snap Lonzo Ball out of his funk then I might spend the day writing some more.

After struggling early in the first quarter, Lonzo Ball caught fire, ending with 27 points, 8 assists, 3 rebounds and only 2 turnovers.

He was aggressive looking for his shot but also did a good job of keeping the ball moving and helping the Pels keep up their pace.

When the Pelicans move and share the ball, their offense is very difficult to stop and Lonzo was a big part of it last night. Let’s hope he can keep this up, as the Pels desperately need a third scorer on a consistent basis
