Pelicans vs. Timberwolves: Who will get traded first?
It has long been rumored that the New Orleans Pelicans are shopping veterans J.J. Redick and Eric Bledsoe and we may start to get an indication of how that is going tonight against Minnesota.
Redick is the most likely to be moved before the deadline, so it will be interesting if the Pels decide to sit him more often than not before March 25th.

Redick is almost certainly gone before the deadline, and Bledsoe could join him, though the prospects of that are less likely.
We’ll probably get an idea of where the Pelicans think they stand with these two by how they are utilized leading up to the deadline.
If we see Redick suddenly glued to the bench, it’s a pretty good indication that he is on the way out.
Same with Bledsoe, who is less likely to be traded but could still be had for the right deal. This could mean an increase in minutes for Kira Lewis Jr. and Nickeil Alexander-Walker, who have a clearer future with the team.
